These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of and access to all websites, membership platforms, courses, webinars, landing pages (including opt-in pages), and related services offered by WILD (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our services in any way, you (“User,” “you,” “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all provisions, discontinue use immediately.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

(1) Primary Offering: We provide educational and mentorship programs designed to help content creators - particularly in travel, lifestyle, and adventure niches - land brand deals and build consistent income through content creation.

(2) Included Services:

• Online courses, video lessons, templates, scripts, and training materials

• Webinars, workshops, and virtual events (live or pre-recorded)

• Community access, coaching calls, and support (including 1-1 support where applicable)

• Lead generation systems, outreach frameworks, and sales training

(3) Advertising: We run paid advertisements on various platforms directing users to our websites, landing pages, and webinar registration pages.

3. ELIGIBILITY & USER RESPONSIBILITIES

(1) Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

(2) Legal Capacity: You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.

(3) Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, current information and update it when necessary.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

(1) Certain services require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information.

(2) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us at [email protected] if unauthorized use is suspected.

5. FEES, PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY

(1) Fees & Billing: Certain services require payment (including high-ticket programs and payment plans). Fees are disclosed at the point of purchase.

(2) Payment Plans: If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless you qualify under the refund guarantee terms.

(3) Refunds:

All sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

The Tier 01 Premium program includes a conditional guarantee:

• “Double your investment in 120 days or your money back.”

• To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, ALL of the following must be met:

• 120 days have elapsed since enrollment

• You attended at least 16 coaching/Q&A sessions

• All payments were made on time

• You followed the WILD system in good faith

• Your offer was created and audited by WILD

• All program modules were completed in full

• You notified us if earning under $1,000/month by Day 45

• Portfolio and systems were fully implemented

• You conducted at least 50 outbound approaches per day (Mon–Fri)

• Accurate tracking of outreach was maintained

• Setup was completed within 4 weeks of joining

• Failure to meet any requirement voids eligibility for a refund.

Tier 02 Essentials has no refund guarantee.

(4) Late/Failed Payments: If payments fail, we may suspend or revoke access until resolved.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

(1) All content (videos, scripts, templates, training materials) is owned by WILD and protected by applicable laws.

(2) You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

(3) You may NOT:

• Share login credentials

• Resell, redistribute, or reproduce content

• Use materials for commercial resale or training others

(4) User Content: Any content shared in our platforms grants us a royalty-free license to use it for operational and promotional purposes.

7. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS & EARNINGS

(1) All content is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results.

(2) Income examples (e.g., $10K/month, doubling investment) are not guarantees. Results vary based on effort, experience, and execution.

(3) Testimonials and case studies represent individual outcomes and are not typical.

(4) We are not financial, legal, or tax advisors.

8. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY

(1) We collect personal data (name, email, phone where applicable) and usage data.

(2) We may use tracking technologies (such as pixels and analytics tools) to improve marketing and user experience.

(3) By using our services, you consent to this data collection.

9. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & USER CONDUCT

(1) Users must engage respectfully in all community environments.

(2) Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive conduct

• Spam or unauthorized promotions

• Illegal or harmful content

(3) We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

(1) Services are provided “as-is” without warranties.

(2) We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income or business opportunities.

(3) Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months prior to any claim or $100, whichever is greater.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WILD MEDIA LLC and its team from any claims arising from your misuse of services or breach of these Terms.

12. ADVERTISING & COMPLIANCE

(1) We run advertisements across various platforms in compliance with platform policies.

(2) We do not guarantee results from interacting with our ads or services.

(3) By engaging with our ads, you consent to data tracking as outlined.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

(1) These Terms are governed by the laws of United States.

(2) Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming, United States.

(3) No Class Actions: You waive participation in class or representative actions.

(4) Injunctive relief may be sought for intellectual property violations.

14. TERMINATION

(1) You may terminate your account at any time.

(2) We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated.

(3) Upon termination, all licenses end immediately.

15. INTERNATIONAL USERS

(1) Users accessing services from outside United States are responsible for compliance with local laws.

(2) Access is at your own risk.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

17. SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

(1) If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.

(2) Failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and WILD.
